survey monkey is easy to use for young and old

OK platform, nothing special to add, I didn't like it.
Very bad customer service, I used to have a premium account that I downgrade to free when we weren't using it. I had to ask them to send me a excel file with the answers to one of the surveys I had online and they told me they weren't going to do it and I needed to pay for the full month for something that will take me 2 mins to do. Incredible bad service. But they answered very fast saying that for sure "it wasn't the answer I was wishing for" Also it's incredible they make you pay so much money in order for them to put their big brand on the survey.

Lots of different question formats and you can do logic, skips, and white labeling of surveys which is nice.
No exportable data to do analysis elsewhere. Only PDF, PPT, and Excel exports.
We use surveys to do product reviews and customer satisfaction surveys and NPS.
Flexibility, easy to use, but cheating the people is not good.
Cheating the people by advertising 100 free feedback then from the second feedback asked to pay money. It is fraud.
Useless
It seemed like a good idea and was an ok platform
I created a survey which took an hour and though I was in the free section, I clicked send and it said I had used features restricted to a pro account only. Now if they had just stopped me from using those features I would have been happy as I wanted a free survey, instead I have now wasted loads of my tim so much so I have to waste even more writing this review! They seem to be very convoluted and money grabbing reading other reviews. Just tell us your fees and let people decide instead of trying to trick and con people into paying for stuff. If your product has value people will pay for it!
I wanted a survey as I am starting up a new company. i realised no benefits, in fact quite the opposite as I just wasted an hour and a half!
